Materials and construction methods shape architecture both technically and culturally. They reflect the social, economic, and technological conditions of their respective times and therefore contribute to an architectural identity. Facing the ecological and economic challenges of our time, circular, flexible and sustainable constructions become increasingly relevant.
In our panel talk, our guests will present examples from their practices that demonstrate how current research in materials and experimental construction methods play a role in responding to our contemporary challenges.
The talk will be in German.
