The exhibition presenting the results of the design studio “Living and Working in Rieden” opened on 30 June 2022 at the community hall in Rieden am Forggensee.

As part of the urban design studio, Master’s students in Architecture and Urbanism developed concepts, design proposals, and visions addressing a range of questions related to the future development of the village. Their projects explored the revitalisation of historic farmstead structures in the village centre, the enhancement of public open spaces, and improved integration of the village within its regional context.

Following the opening event, the projects were presented in a public exhibition at Rieden Town Hall. During the exhibition opening, the students introduced their work to local residents and representatives of the municipality, engaging in discussions about their proposals. This direct exchange provided valuable feedback for the further development of the projects and highlighted the practice-oriented approach of the design studio.

The exhibition remained on display at Rieden Town Hall until 15 July 2022.
