Territorial Infrastructures

Airports radiate far into their surroundings due to their centrality, space requirements, and land take. This concerns the "Noise Landscapes", wide-area areas under the influence of noise regulations, and other changes in the territory associated with airports. The research field examines these interactions between airports, as well as other large-scale infrastructure, and the city, particularly concerning how they should develop in the future.
