The Cluster Real Estate at the Technical University of Munich is a formation between researchers of the Departments of Architecture and of Civil, Geo and Environmental Engineering, which both will be united in the "TUM School of Engineering and Design" in future.

The Cluster Real Estate is grounded in TUM’s tradition of creating a discourse between scholars and professionals. In the cluster, leaders in the real estate industry work together with all the players involved in the real estate industry process chain from the disciplines of architecture, engineering, economics, political and social sciences to conduct outstanding research. With this innovative research platform, the cluster generates future-oriented knowledge and advocates for an informed and responsible application in real estate practice.

In addition to a specialized executive program for future managers in the real estate industry, the cluster offers selected stakeholders of the real estate industry the opportunity to expand the vitality and learning capacity of their networks in uncertain times.
