ULI Germany/Austria/Switzerland and Hines Germany had invited: Together with Economic Officer Clemens Baumgärtner and Gregor Karch from Bosch, Prof. Alain Thierstein discussed the current and future challenges of urban development with regard to the spatial development of economic areas.
It became clear: Where people work, they also want a high quality of life. And personal encounters at the workplace remain important despite all the New Work scenarios. Together with the companies, the city is working on spatial added value for the city as a whole. But work does not only take place in the city of Munich, but also in the region. A major task for all the players involved.
