project proposals in winter semester 2024/25

The Basic Project Urban Landscape is part of the master's programme on Urbanism at the Technical University of Munich. Every year, we work on a sub-area of the Munich metropolitan region together with 20 students from different disciplines. The aim is to develop a long-term spatial strategy for the next 30 years. To this end, the students devote themselves to a detailed analysis, but also develop spatially specific proposals for action. Every year, both benefit from the cooperation with local actors: Cities and municipalities receive student concepts, which are discussed and elaborated with the local partners. The students get an insight into real challenges of spatial development. In recent years we have successfully cooperated with the district of Weilheim-Schongau, the city of Landshut, the city of Rosenheim and the city of Erding.
