Prototyping Realities - Laboratory For Artistic Research
Are you looking for a seminar that asks more questions than it provides answers? Would you like to engage in artistic experimentation and establish new methods beyond traditional architectural education? Then you have come to the right place.
In the interdisciplinary project seminar “Prototyping Realities - Laboratory for Artistic Research,” we embark on a journey together—open in process, precise in thought, collective in action. The focus is on open-ended research: the risk of opening up your own work process, making uncertainty productive, and pursuing individual interests beyond the boundaries of architecture. Artistically, you will explore methods from interdisciplinary fields. The “how” becomes the defining momentum—you define the topics.
The seminar sees itself as an open laboratory – for you as a space for experience and design, but also as a subject of research in itself: aspects of artistic teaching and research-based learning are continuously reflected upon and incorporated into the further development of the format. Your input shapes the seminar both methodologically and structurally. Let’s find out together what happens when we don’t know what’s going to happen. We look forward seeing you!
