TUM successful in Best Architecture Masters Ranking BAM 2023

TUM Architecture remains the best German institution listed in the annual BAM Ranking. Among the world's best postgraduate programs in the field, the Master of Arts in Architecture at the Technical University of Munich (TUM) achieved the 12th position.

In 2023, 19 universities were selected for this year's BAM edition on the basis of the "QS Ranking by Subjects – Architecture / Built Environment".The Master’s Degree programs were compared and evaluated through the BAM Methodology, formed by universal indicators for evaluating educational performance, and validated by an expert committee. Once again the first places in the global BAM Ranking are held by the Master's degree programs at Harvard University, Columbia University, ETH Zurich, and Universidad Politécnica de Madrid.

TUM Department of Architecture achieved a final score of 73,53 pts with high ratings in the following indicators: exchange & internationalization, teaching approach & program, job opportunities & networking, faculty internationality & diversity, faculty competence, students internationality & diversity, school facilities & student services.
