In the course, the first Europe-wide recycling model building competition for architecture schools is to be developed. So what needs to be discussed is: What principles and criteria will be used to determine the prizes? What should be submitted? How do we publicize the prize and the winners? Who sits on the jury? How can we find sponsors to finance the prize money?

How do we ensure that the prize will exist and be known in the long term? The goal is to launch the first call for entries at the end of the semester and to conduct and accompany the first jury during the semester break.

In parallel, the course will set up a model-making warehouse at the professorship in collaboration with the BA thesis "Bau-Art-Uni" from SS22. How can we store materials at the professorships/chairs in a decentralized, easily accessible way and curate them in such a way that students feel invited? In which form can the winners of the model building award be exhibited here?

We form a team and distribute the tasks. The dates will be defined in a 14-day rhythm or after coordination in the group. The goal is to be able to present real projects at the end of the semester.
