The workshop was held in Kumasi at the architecture faculty of KNUST University, a partner university of TUM, together with local students and teachers.

The activities, mainly related to the design of a bamboo pavilion inside a courtyard of the Faculty, open to all students as a meeting point or suitable for hosting events.

As an introduction to the context, the workshop included a study trip visiting African modernism masterpieces located in the major cities of Ghana.
