Simon Stiegler's research interests focus on different manifestations of urban wilderness. In his research he wants to investigate how the design of urban wilderness can contribute to the acceptance of wilderness manifestations in urban space.

Rafael Stutz's research interests focus on a climate-friendly conversion of public urban open spaces. Special attention is given to the consideration of legally binding requirements for the explicit promotion of green space, for example by means of a quantifiable green space factor.

Gero Engeser's research interests focus on the careful conversion of open spaces in existing contexts. Special attention is given to temporary projects in public space as a low-tech transformation tool towards long-term change and the reuse of existing material.
