Studio mnm is an architecture, design and research studio, founded by Madeleine Kessler and Mio Tsuneyama in 2013. Based in Tokyo and London, they seek to analyse, understand and celebrate the idiosyncrasies that make a city unique. Over the past decade their work has explored boundaryless experimental approaches to design, with a particular focus on waste and soil; knowledge and skills; and tactical urbanism.
MONTAGSREIHE is a series of lectures at the Department of Architecture of the TUM School of Engineering and Design. The series is intended as an enriching contribution to the Munich architectural discourse between architects, students and architecture enthusiasts.
