Curriculum Vitae 

Interior Architect and Workplace design strategist with over a decade of experience in corporate and hospitality interior design across Colombia, The Netherlands, and the UK. She holds a master’s degree in interior architecture research and design from the Piet Zwart Institute/Hogeschool Rotterdam in The Netherlands, complemented by a background in Industrial Design from Universidad de Bogotá Jorge Tadeo Lozano in Colombia. She is a WELL Accredited Professional certified by the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI). Throughout her career as an Interior designer, she has collaborated with notable organisations such as Oracle, Google, GM Chevrolet, and Arthur J. Gallagher & Co, Intermax Group, The Student Hotel. developing a deep understanding of the design process from conceptualization to execution. Founder and Workplace Design Strategy Consultant at WAW (Wellbeing At Work) for the past four years, she has dived into and integrated workplace well-being initiatives and interior design solutions to deliver design strategies with a human-centric approach.

Research Focus

Invetigate the spatial design characteristics or attributes that support well-being at the workplace. Measure the impact of the built environment on people/users’ well-being at work.
