Silvia Benedito teaches landscape architecture at Harvard Graduate School of Design. She graduated as an architect from the University of Coimbra, Portugal, she has a degree in music from the Conservatory of Coimbra and a Master's degree in Urban Design from Harvard Graduate School of Design.

Sonja Dümpelmann is currently professor of landscape architecture at Harvard Graduate School of Design, where she teaches Theory and History of Landscape Architecture. She was graduated in Landscape Architecture from the Leibniz University of Hanover and wrote her doctoral thesis at the Berlin University of the Arts. From 2005 till 2007 she was professor at the University of Auburn and later on till 2012 at the University of Maryland.

1993–2016 Walter Schönwandt was director of the Instituts für Grundlagen der Planung (IGP) at the Faculty of Architecture and Urban Planning at the University of Stuttgart. He studied architecture and urban planning at the universities Stuttgart and Heidelberg. 1979–1984 he was teaching and research associate at the Institute of Regional Science (IfR) with a subsequent doctoral dissertation about the topic "Denkfallen beim Planen" ("Pitfalls of Planning"). He is visiting professor in Oxford, Vienna and Zurich. He is a member of the chamber of architects in Baden-Württemberg, the Academy for Spatial Research and  Planning (ARL), the Association of Town, Regional and State Planning (SLR), the Association of European Schools of Planning (AESOP), the International Association for People Environment Studies (IAPS), the International Society of City and Regional Planners (ISOCARP) as well as consultant, expert advisor and author.

Hinnerk Wehberg is landscape planner and architect. He studied painting at the Hamburg Academy of Fine Arts, was British Council Scholar at the Hornesy College of Art in London in 1963 and until 1970 visiting lecturer. 1969 he founded the studio Wehberg-Lange in Hamburg, today WES and Partners. 1982–2002 he was professor at the Department of Urban Design and Landscape Planning at the Technical University of Braunschweig. 2005 her received the Friedrich-Ludwig-von-Sckell Ring of Honour from the Bavarian Academy of Fine Arts.
